香菇（Lentinual edodes）  

别名：向簟，冬菇，椎菇

中国著名食用菌，味道甘甜、气味香浓。

作为健康食品或保健食品，日本人称之为“植物性营养的顶峰”，可谓。至高无上

常食用香菇，有预防佝偻病、感冒、降低血压、血脂；提高人体免疫力、治疗贫血、降低癌症的发病率等作用。是延年益寿的天然保健食品。

现商品菇有保鲜菇、原木菇、菌床菇等。不同规格几十个品种。
